Design
The Design phase starts with questions.

• What are you trying to achieve?  What is the vision?
• What is possible?  What have other schools done?
• What are the important factors to consider?
• What are the pitfalls to avoid?

Our Professional Development workshop Creating Engaging Learning Spaces will help you get started with thinking about these important questions.

We can also conduct tours of the RM REAL Centre, which has been set up to enable schools to gain first-hand experience of the sort of learning spaces which can be created.

Implementation
We can supply the furniture and technology products you need to create an engaging space for learning.

However, we can do more than just supply products.  Many of the products you purchase will be delivered in pieces.  We can provide a turn-key service where we will assemble and commission the products for you.  What you get is products which are fully operational and ready for use.

Making it Work in Practice
There is no point investing in new equipment or technologies if they end up not being used effectively.  Unfortunately, this is not an uncommon scenario.  Often times, new equipment and technologies are implemented, without staff having adequate opportunity for training and skills development, to enable them to use the new equipment and technologies effectively.

We can provide the Professional Development required for staff to build skills and become confident in using new equipment and technologies.  For example, many schools are now implementing open learning spaces; but the staff who are required to work in these open spaces have developed their professional practice over years of working in closed, individual classrooms.  Our Professional Development workshop Working Effectively in an Open Learning Space has been developed to address this need.
